Inaccessible content

The website of the Juliusz Słowacki Theatre in Krakow is in the process of being adapted and therefore some content may still be inaccessible. This applies to, among other things, some images, graphics, and video materials that have not yet been adapted to comply with accessibility requirements. As far as possible, the Theatre aims to adapt them by the end of 2025. Should you encounter difficulties in accessing this content, please contact us.

Failure to comply with the Annex
Under the current accessibility audits, some elements of the website may not comply with the full requirements set out in the Annex to the Digital Accessibility Act. This particularly applies to older material published before the adaptations began. These elements will be progressively adapted to the digital accessibility standards within the set timeframe, i.e. by the end of 2025.

Content not covered by regulations
Some content on the website of the Juliusz Słowacki Theatre in Krakow, such as PDF documents or other multimedia files, may be partially inaccessible for technical reasons that are allowed by the Digital Accessibility Act. This applies, for example, to archival content that may not be adapted to modern digital accessibility standards.

Excessive costs
For some material on its website, such as older films or external resources that are not available in adapted form (e.g. subtitles, audiodescription), the public entity may deem that adapting this content involves excessive costs. Should this be the case, the Juliusz Słowacki Theatre will attempt to find alternative accessibility solutions, however, some elements may be excluded from this process.
